Traditional Swedish CHOCOLATE Balls!

I want to share this tradional recipe from Sweden on Chocolate Balls as i re-constructing my blog and want to try a post out before i write something that i have put more effort into, to make sure the site co-operate and that the lay-out looks the way i want it to.

SWEDISH CHOCOLATE BALLS

20 pieces

INGREDIENTS:

  • 150g butter or margarine
  • 0,63 cups of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of cold strong coffee
  • 1,68 cups of oats
  • Coconut flakes (1-1,5 cups is enough)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix all the ingredients except the coconut flakes together in a big bowl or mix it in a food processor. Shape the dough into small balls. Roll the balls in coconut flakes and put them in the fridge for 30 min.

WARNING: This is more of an un-healthy recipe but you know what…SO WHAT. Life need a balance and life need variation to make one and another happy and comfortable.
